RB’s Computer Service has been around since 1997 serving your computer needs. Since we made our first service call, you could say that we’ve learned a thing or two about our customers and our industry in general. RB’s Computer Service specializes in computer repairs and sales, networking (wired and wireless), server support and rebuilding systems. The Customer Comes First

One of the first things we learned was that in order to run a successful business, you have to put your customers first. Now, we know that everyone says that the customer comes first, but we actually mean it. You see, we know that over fifty percent of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. Simply stated, if we didn’t treat our customers with respect, understanding, and patience we wouldn’t be in business today.

We’ve learned over the years that what you want, as a customer, is simple. You need your computers to work for you, not against you. If your computer breaks down, you want it fixed quickly, professionally, and affordable; that’s it. You don’t care about how many “gigs” or how many “megs” your computer needs to work. You just want it to work the way it was meant to, plain and simple!
