I had my computer shut down because I don't use it every day. When I turned it on the screen said the file is lost or corrupt and nothing came up. Everyone I talked to including a person from HP told me my hard drive crashed. I had used RB's in the past and they were always very good. I called them and they told me to bring it in. I took it in on Monday at noon and Tuesday afternoon they called and it was repaired. They are always very friendly and helpful. CD drive
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Corrupt registry file fixed-system now booting fine. Hard drive tested and passed all tests. Cleanup performed, including check disk, defrag, removal of indexing, and cleaning of obsolete registry files. CD drive tested and is working fine.
